Vol. 5 which is only an enumeration of Osborne's unsold stock, has title: "Catalogus bibliothecae Harleianae, or A catalogue of the remaining part of the library of the late Earl of Oxford ... Which will begin to be solde ... at T. Osborne's ... on the twenty second day of April, 1745 ..." Vols. 1-2, 3-4 paged continuously
