This record obtained through requests under the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter F.31, demonstrate that upper administrators at the University of Ottawa attempted to censor freedom of expression at the University as related to an event highlighting human rights abuses in Burma.
