Waaranen, an ordained Minister of the Finnish Church employed at a Teachers' Training Institute at Sortavala. The revision included the modernization of the orthography, the removal of grammatical forms etc. borrowed from the Swedish, the improvement of the version by getting rid of strange words and inaccurate renderings.
