(2) FAXed notification received by Floyd Landis's representatives that the USADA had rejected his request to dismiss the case because of procedural errors.
This is the complete recommendation of the "Anti Doping Review Board", after reviewing the lab documentation of the A and B samples, and the Athlete's response. There is no evidence in this notification that the ADRB even looked at the response that was filed.
