Noyes v. Kelly Services, Inc. (2007)
This case was decided by the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and involved allegations of "reverse religious discrimination." The plaintiff, a nonmember of the Fellowship of Friends, claimed that Kelly Services, Inc., through its supervisor, a Fellowship member, promoted other Fellowship members and gave them jobs with higher salaries than the plaintiff.
