...text of the resolution adopted 11/24/65 authorizing and directing the Secretary of the BRA to publish in the CITY RECORD a notice of determination (attached) that the Central Business District Urban Renewal Area is a blighted area and should be redeveloped and that the Authority is preparing a land acquisition proposal and urban renewal plan for the project area that will include action with respect to each of it's subareas and each of it's acquistion areas; also attached is a text description of the boundaries of the area and a list of the parts of the CBDURA for which early land acquistion is proposed; this item was in the BRA collection..
