This manual contains a description of and procedures for removal, disassembly, inspection, repair, rebuild, and assembly of fuel pumps. The appendix contains a list of current references, including supply catalogs,technical manuals,and other available publications applicable to the materiel.This manual differs from TM9-1828A, 9March1945, as follows:
(1)Adds information on: AC fuel pumps series AM, BR, BZ, CF, CD,CY and Carter mechanical fuel pumps.
(2)Revises information on all models of AC fuel pumps and Carter electric fuel pumps.
