Trespassed Student Appeals to University of Ottawa President Allan Rock
Joseph Hickey, graduate student in physics at the University of Ottawa, was trespassed without justification on Dec. 7, 2009 from the university grounds and buildings. On Dec. 11, 2009, Hickey was arrested by the Ottawa Police while attempting to make an appointment with University President Allan Rock at his office. E-mails sent by Joseph to Mr. Rock in the week following his trespass are included in this document.
