Finally glad to post this.
This is the Premier book on the study of Old Testament Manuscripts, and the source material for them.
Written by scholar Christian D. Ginsburg.

This has been divided into 2 sections (Downloads).
A Table of Content has been clarified (for those who are beginners into this kind of material).
The charts have been preserved in their integrity.
The book is written in English, though uses and quotes Jewish and other language sources freely.
This work is one of the stronger defenses for the Authenticy of the Jewish Text by Ben Hakkim / Ben Chayyim.
This same author also wrote several other books in Hebrew, and English.
