On November 8 2007 I Frank Gallagher operations manager of the Charter Democracy Force www.charterdemocracyforce.ca filed with the Commission for Public Complaints against the RCMP for refusing to investigate the prodigious amount of irrefutable evidence of the government organized crime. RCMP Staff Sgt. R.B. MacAdam was assigned to investigate that took about 9 months delayed 2 or 3 weeks as he informed he had been on vacation celebrating his promotion to NCO i/c. On September 3 2008 RCMP Superintendent Robert Davis District Commander of the GTA signed the RCMP Final Letter of Disposition consistent with the ideology of the Law Society that adamantly state evidence is irrelevant when it is against them as Superintendent Davis states although I provided hundreds of pages of documents he chose to ignore them attempting a back door escape finding the RCMP innocent of refusing to investigate government organized crime. Nobody ever accused them of being intelligent just elusive due their refusal to look at evidence.The RCMP Staff Sgt. R.B.MacAdam NCO i/c report is now being pursued through the Access to Information Act purportedly worked on for 9 months only to be ignored, and perhaps it was entirely ignored as they were well aware including RCMP Commissioner William Elliot of what was in the documents.They are in one of them thar Catch 22 situations Damned if they do...damned if they don't so are assuredly pondering option # 3.
