Greg, as many people on the world has got parents, but they don’t know that their son doesn’t like to do things in a proper way. He can’t understand why all people around are upset of his rude behavior, and this is part of the book's humor, which leads the reader to any lesson Greg should understand his line and mend it. Parents will appreciate that Rowley's dad researches video games on a parent Web site to see if they have too much violence. Greg's mom is doing everything that she may only to raise respectful sons.
