Flowers for Algernon
40 years ago this book was a fantastic fiction. Now this story is like one of the best in contemporary history. Story is about mentally deficient man Charlie Gordon with very low IQ. He is shy silent man and he works in bakery. His fake friends mess around with him and pay him scanty money, but Charlie so happy, happy boundless and absolutely. But once upon a time, neurosurgeons decided to make and experiment on his brains, after that he became a genius of the world science. But at the same time all his fears become come true. He needs to solve a love of problems connection with friendship, love, self-determination and self-actualization. Moreover the question “Who I am?” starts to heat his imagination.
