A revised edition of David's grammar, originally published in Arabic (Al-lum'a al-shahiyya fi nahw al-lugha al-suryaniyya, 1879). This Latin version was published posthumously in 1896 in two volumes by A. Rahmani, a pupil of David, who is said on the title page to have also "collaborated in part."
