It was a girl, her name was Samantha Kincaid, she lived in deputy district attorney for Multnomah County, Oregon. Every day she walks into her office in Portland's Drug and Vice Division, but one day she wanted to find Police Sergeant Tommy Garcia, who was waiting to present a case to her. The case was very interesting, it was a thirteen-year-old prostitute who was assaulted by two men and dumped out in the Columbia Gorge.
