(SPECIAL 88-b34377) Library's c. 2 has 19th century red morocco binding, with gilt ornaments and gilt spine, new endpapers Library's c. 3 has a ca. contemporary, elaborately gold-tooled Roman binding (per Nicholas Barker). It incorporates four bees on front and back covers, "D. Hippolita Normanda" on the front cover, and the initials P.M. on the back cover. It is probably not the original binding, as the textblock is closely trimmed. Three bookplates on front pastedown: FP, Thos. Gaisford, Laurentius Currie Library's copy 1 and 3 have the upper margin cut sharply, but without loss of text
