By the terms of the Nazi-Soviet Pact of 1939, the Nazis agreed to let the Stalinists take over the Baltic states, while that areas local volksdeutch population was "heimkehred" into German occupied Poland. Once this was done the Nazis overran the eastern USSR, including the newly incorporated Baltic SSRs. This book, published in Riga, Latvia, in 1942, describes the brutal treatment of the Latvians under the Soviets, which was true, and attributes this to the machinations of the Jews, which wasn't.
