Lloyd George
David Lloyd George, 1st Earl Lloyd-George of Dwyfor OM, PC (17 January 1863 - 26 March 1945) was a British statesman and the only Welsh Prime Minister of the United Kingdom. He was the last Liberal to hold the office. He was Prime Minister throughout the latter half of World War I and the first four years of the subsequent peace. He is also the only Prime Minister to have spoken English as a second language, Welsh having been his first.
