The executive board and the Regional Directors have been working to get ACT2 tax status changed from 501 e to 501(c)(3) We have most of the paperwork done but must add one article to the by-laws that states how the funds of ACT2 will be handled if ACT2 ever ceases to exit. The change must be posted 2 times in the newsletter and then voted on.
