Quelques années plus tard, il devint le héros d'une légende noire: durant la guerre, il aurait assisté, impassible et silencieux, aux crimes contre l'humanité, qu'un discours de ses lèvres aurait arrêtés (!). Pour revenir de la fiction à la réalité, de lalégende à l'histoire, il n'existe qu'un moyen: recourir aux documents originaux, qui expriment directement l'action du pape. Cette démarche a d'abord été faite par un révisionniste, athée et plutôt anticlérical, Paul Rassinier (voir plu bas L'Opération Vicaire.) Le père Blet a co-édité les 12 volumes des Actes et Documents du Saint-Siège relatifs à la Seconde Guerre mondiale, publiés à Rome. Personne n'est plus qualifié que olui pour parler de ce sujet. Il ne se passe pas de mois, dans le monde anglo-saxon, qu'on ne publie un nouveau livre ou un nouveau pamphlet contre Pie XII. C'est contre lui que se concentrent tous les plumitifs du lobby sioniste qui poursuit, depuis un siècle, le but final: la destruction de l'Eglise catholique, dernier obstacle avant domination. To come back from fiction to reality, from legend to history, there is only one way: to reach for the original documents, those where the actions of the pope are embedded. This move has already been undertaken by a Revisionist, godless and rather anti-Church, Paul Rassinier, in a book, LOperation Vicaire, that has been translated in German and Spanish, but not yet in English. Father Blet, the author of the present book, has been a co-editor of the largest collection of Holy See documents on the subject of WW II. Nobody knows them better than he. This book is all the more important as no month can pass without a new vitriolic book or pamphlet published againts Pius XII by ignorant and partisan Jewish writers, supported by big Zionist lobby organizations. Their objective is to destroy the Roman Catholic Church which stands in their way.
