The first main purpose of this file is to show that the the time duration for the second round of bad deed can mature faster than the time duration for the first round of bad deed. This is due to lower trust and credit in the second round of bad deed after the first round of bad deed. The second main purpose is to encourage good people to revenge rightly by pointing out the bad deed of bad people to have the trust of bad people in bankruptcy. To revenge evilly is discouraged because it will only worsen the society harmony by accumulating stronger and stronger enmity field. However, if the good people do not revenge rightly on the bad people for their greedily bad deeds exceeding the tolerance limit, then a lot of the good people may have given up and wrongly turned to become another bad people by revenging evilly once the good people have lost his tolerance of patience. Then, the world on Earth Planet shall have been full of lots of bad people and causing lots of natural and human-made disasters. Hence, this article and its copyright description can be used as an example to show and teach the good people on how to revenge rightly to get the trust of the bad people in bankruptcy and to forbid the bad people from accesing some resources. When the bad people want to get some resources, but cannot do so overtly in public, and/or covertly and illegally doing so in private, then this will be one of the Armageddon phenomena as described in the Buddhism books, in which some people want to get something but cannot get, or in Chinese language "欲得而不得". This phenomenon shall be able to slow down the bad deed accumulation of the bad people. In the Buddhism books, there is a story saying that the future world on Earth will be passing by faster and faster. There is another second group of bad people who are greedily thinking that the author can be bullied easily and have acted so. Hence, after the first batch of bad people was publicized on 01 May 2009 [L1], the second batch of bad people has been acting abnormally trying to fool the author. Therefore, for medium bad deeds, an honest and good people shall be doing good once only towards a bad people, i.e. "忠直" [honest] and not "忠忠直直" [honest and honest again]. Then the good people shall be awaiting the bad people to compensate the debt first. This is the internal meaning of the Chinese character "正" [righteousness], which hints that good people only allow a medium bad deed from a bad people for once only and then the good people shall stop. For big bad deed, and if the bad people repeatingly bully the good people, then a good people shall revenge rightly [报仇] and not revenge evilly [报怨], in which the Chinese proverb says "报仇不报怨". To revenge rightly is to publicize those evidences of and/or religious proclamation on the bad deed of bad people, so as to make the trust of the bad people in bankruptcy. To revenge rightly is needed to stop and to prevent the bad deed of bad people. However, please do not revenge evilly by doing bad on another bad people as it will worsen the networks of causes and effects. The religious proclamation can be in general as follows: { if (You have done so ?= Yes) then (You shall have damned yourself to get such punishment by the God.); Example: if (You have trapped and bullied me/him/her/it ?= Yes) then (You shall have damned yourself to be punished by the God to the hell.); } To revenge rightly can stop and frighten the bad people from further bad deeds. And yet, it is also in order to reduce the enmity field "怨气" strength and to encourage people on how to be a good people. To have the trust of a bad people lost in the public is already a good punishment. If there exists enough evidences to prove the bad deed of the bad people, then it is also possible to sue the bad people in the legal court for a lawsuit to punish the bad people. A Chinese proverb "同行如敌国" says that co-workers and workers in the same career field are like enemy countries. This Chinese proverb is true by checking that majority of the author's enemies listed here to be restricted from any usage is under the people type of co-worker.
